1:ORDERS
-All sales are final.
- This firearm is New In the Box. The spots you may see in the pictures is the OIL still on the gun from the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer test fires every firearm at the factory and they do not clean it after doing so. This does not make it used.
PAYMENT: Must be received within 7 days of purchase. Money Order, Certified Check, or Personal Check. Item will ship when check clears my bank. Buyer pays $25 flat rate for Shipping & Handling.
2:SHIPPING
*** It is Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the firearm is LEGAL to own in your city/state. Firearms may only be shipped to a licensed dealer (FFL Holder). Please have your FFL dealer email a signed, legible copy within 5 days of the purchase to us.
No refunds are given if the firearm is not transferable.
Not for Sale where prohibited.
I will not ship to California or Washington D.C.
3:RETURNS
Al sales are final. All firearms are as advertised. I try to take pictures of the actual firearm for sale. The only returns that will be accepted will be if the wrong firearm is shipped. If that happens, contact me immediately with the firearm that shipped so I can verify it against my record. It is the buyers responsibility to know the laws of their city and state and if they will pass the NICS background check.
